Project Summary (10 mins) >> description of components 2 main qtns Q1 longer than Q2 Q1 - analysis * adjustments to bossless teams (case study) * impact * define terms, provide examples to support application of theory * limitations of theory to predict what is actually observed. * backed up with additional research * uses David Barry reading Q2 - suggestions of improvement * recommendations based on observations ** improvements to process ** decision of whether to continue (same/with changes/shut down) * use info from Q1 * making it progress to better outcomes. * alternative solutions may be researched to provide examples. >> gathering opinions * Relevant readings - week 4, reading 2 (David Barry) ACTION- All: read David Barry paper in reading guide * all from a "team point of view" * bring it to individual level, not mentioned in case study, but we have word limit allowing this. =============== 5. Planning (10 mins) >> create an overall plan with general milestones and task breakdown ACTION- All: Take key points of Q1 to get all info combined in next step. - Intro together next meeting - Plan together next meeting - Seperate components from here - Seperate key points from out review and turn these into seperate tasks. Plan discussed and updated in doc.
