Q1 - analysis

* adjustments to bossless teams (case study)
* impact

* define terms, provide examples to support application of theory
* limitations of theory to predict what is actually observed.
* backed up with additional research
* uses David Barry reading


Q2 - suggestions of improvement 

* recommendations based on observations
** improvements to process
** decision of whether to continue (same/with changes/shut down) 
* use info from Q1
* making it progress to better outcomes.
* alternative solutions may be researched to provide examples.

* bring it to individual level, not mentioned in case study, but we have word limit allowing this.
