Thus forming the Corporation of the Yakamura-Stichen. Yakamura-Stichen is ruled by a Chief Executive Officier who is elected to the position for life by the Board of Directors.
Yakamura-Stichen operates a Planned Economy. The Central Bureaucracy controls all economic allocation for the Corporation via Project Cybersyn. The Chief Financial Officier and the Finance Division is responsible for this. Yakamura-Stichen also follows the Doctrine of Structured Meritocracy, in that each citizen coming of the age of 13 is given a Y-S rank from 1-15 based on performance and merit plus potential. Citizens can rise or fall in ranks based on performance and merit. Each promotion in the ranks leads to better living conditions, nicer cars, more luxury goods allowed, etc. This follows along with the Doctrine of Efficiency, where Yakamura-Stichen seeks actively to maximumize the potential of each person and to each maximum efficiency.
