A Pe'dece court is an Alfegosian court in which small claims and crimes which warrant up to Æ7500 or a prison sentance up to a year.
Operation
The court is sat with voted representitive of the area, who must fufill the following criteria:
- Law qualifications of AFL or equivalent.
- 5 years of practising law.
- No criminal record.
The defendant is allowed a lawyer for defence. The defendant can also call upon an 8-man jury if he/she wishes, though this is not compulsory, and costs the government much more.
