Proposer's summary

The purpose of this proposal is two-fold:

1. To assemble the Canton Ranking lists in one central location for ease of reference and provide an easy way to determine when those lists are updated.
2. To clarify what ranking should be used when two or more users are tied for the same popularity.

I might suggest rewording the first sentence in the second paragraph to be more specific than "after the first of the month"...a vengeful scorekeeper could liberally interpret that to mean anytime after the first... --Tucana25 08:39, 18 April 2007 (EDT)

I added another sentence at the bottom of the proposal that gives a timeframe and describes what occurs if the Scorekeeper fails in their duties. BobTHJ 10:08, 18 April 2007 (EDT)
