[edit] The Coffee Crew

Mercenary pirates who hunt for booty and take on whatever tasks people need done. They also really like coffee.

  • Anna - The leader, a teenage fangirl of many, many esoteric things.
  • Nick - The first mate, who is random, retarded, perverted and madly in love with Anna.
  • Akagi - Nick's "evil" alter-ego who uses cryokinesis and for some reason, rose vines, in battle.
  • Jessa - The other chick what with the psychokinetic powers!
  • Baby - The mascot, and Nick's pet cat.
  • Goliath - The chef, who also happens to be an ex-pro wrestler, talk show host, restaurant franchise owner, and recording artist!
  • Simon - The tech guy, and apparently Nick's apprentice or something.

[edit] Possible Coffee Crew Candidates

People who hang out with the official Crew enough to possibly be considered members.

  • Taylor - A guitarist who was hired after Nick and Anna's disappearance in comic 3, and then wasn't seen much after their return.
  • Hatchet-girl - A fairly new character who seems to pull hatchets out of hammerspace a lot.
  • Carolyn - Another new character who suspiciously knows a lot aboot everyone's skills in battle despite having just met them.

[edit] Macen's Posse

Macen and his followers, who wreak havoc in Batia, mostly by destroying things.

  • Macen - Owner of the Phoenix House, and leader of the posse. Fairly evil.
  • Fiinikkusu - Macen's alter-ego who wants to destroy the world.
  • Anthony - Macen's sidekick, who HATES hippies with a passion.
  • Maria - Macen's mute girlfriend whom he isn't actual faithful to. At all.
  • Scott - Macen's adopted kindergarten-age son, who possesses little understanding of anything at all.

[edit] The Phoenix House Residents

People who rent rooms in Macen's house.

  • Thom - Sometimes called KN. One of the few adults in the comic, and a genius at everything.
  • Waylon - Thom's lackey who assists in his antics.
  • No Toppings - Usually shortened to NT, a cloak-wearing dude with necromancy powers.
  • Nikki - A female clone of Nick. Tries to be everyone's friend, to no avail.
  • Smithy - Nikki's boyfriend. Generally shows up at random times to do random things.

[edit] Villains

The enemies of the Coffee Crew.

  • Domen - A weird ghost demon thing that actually kinda looks like a Gastly. He is able to take over people's bodies and summon claws from another dimension to attack people with.
  • Dr. Kennedy - The leader of the Emerald Army, and also an actual doctor! Also Vladimir's arch nemesis!
  • The Buttlord - A creature whose entire body is a butt. Levitates in the air and sometimes has actual arms, but only when needed. Attacks by spitting feces at people.
  • Cap'n Gown - A pirate who sometimes competes with the Crew for booty. Always brags aboot his college education.
  • Butler Robots - Generic robots that everyone seems to be able to build. Sometimes used for training purposes. There have also been a few modified models that are much stronger than the standard, and are essential to storylines.
  • Emerald Army Soldiers - Dr. Kennedy's army. Supposedly they do evil stuff, but it is unknown exactly what it is they are doing that is evil.
  • Nick's Mom - Nick's biological mom, who also happens to be the spawn of Satan. Is always trying to kill Nick.
  • Steve, Crusher of Hands - Nick's stepdad. Crushes hands.
  • Nicktwo - An evil clone made by combining several people's DNA, but is mostly Nick somehow. He has the powers of Nick, Anna, Jessa, Baby, Goliath, Carolyn, Sami, Macen and possibly more. He was only around in one issue, then was killed off.
  • The KKKiller - A serial killer who unintentionally resembles a Klansmen, hence the name. Stabs random people to death. Apparently is actually one of the existing characters in disguise, but which one?

[edit] Other

Other recurring characters you might see.

  • Vladimir - A dude who everyone gos to when they need inventions or medical attention.
  • Box - A robot cube built by Vladimir. He helps Vlad with whatever needs done. Every time he dies, Vlad simply builds another one.

  • Yuki - The last member of the Asian Schoolgirls. She is very hyper and likes to hug people a lot.
