You ask Mandy where the key to the locked door thingy is. She tells you that she gave it to Vladimir so he could check out the underground floors. However, she gives you nine thousand nine hundred mush. No clue why. And why she didn't chip in another one hundred mush to make a round number, I also don't know why.
You get 9900 mush, as strange as that sounds.
