Mike aka "No Toppings" is a Phoenix House resident who mostly keeps to himself. He wears a black cloak and is an expert black mage. He is also a usual target for Macen's rumors, mainly the one concerning Mike's love of cows.

Nick Bate is the president of Batia Studios and self-declared king of Batia, even though it's an anarchy and not a monarchy. He also happens to be a hippie. A very violent hippie. He loves Mandy and hates Nick's Mom. He aims to be the stupidest person in the universe, and for the most part, is succeeding.

Nikki Bate is a clone created from Nick's DNA, probably mixed with other people's DNA for unknown reasons. Unlike Nick, she is caring and tries to be everyone's friend. She is usually the level-headed Phoenix House resident.

As his name suggests, he enjoys fire. He is also a general in Walkingfox's army.

Randy Johnson is Macen's wacky neighbor who shows up wanted most of the time. He happens to be several stereotypes rolled into one, because he is also gay and Jewish. However, he is heir to the Johnson Company throne and has a lot of power in Batia. He just never excercises his power.

Roxy Dawson lives just across the street from the Phoenix House. And she enjoys coffee. So much so that she runs her own coffee shop. She was once the leader of the Coffee Crew, but even after being replaced by Mandy, is still a member.

Scott is a kindergardener whom Macen has adopted. He is a member of the Girl Scouts somehow, and often asks people to buy some cookies in his weird Southern accent. He claims that his real parents were eaten by bears. Macen has also been teaching him very perverted things, but not exactly giving all the information. As a result, Scott refers to a penis as a "soda machine".

Smithy, name and age unknown, is Nikki's boyfriend, who lives in her room in the Phoenix House. He enjoys video game cheat codes and doing/saying random things.
