Projects should be selected before Finals begin for the fall semester. This allows enough time for selecting project leaders and planning the trip specifics during the spring semester.
Recruiting should start in January. The earlier your team is formed, the better prepared you will be to apply for grants. You may have to recruit during much of the spring semester, but ideally recruiting will be finished by the end of January.
