Global Music Jam

From Ni Wiki

Do you want to dance, or do you want to dance? Global Music Jam mixes two key ingredients:

  • a set of DJ's playing music from different regions around the world
  • students in a happening club or bar near campus.

Each hour of the Global Music Jam features music from a different part of the world. Students dance the night away to European, African, Asian and Latin American beats, and learn a bit about what Nourish does in the process. Low costs and the ease of operations make the Global Music Jam a success. To do this, students must find key allies in local radio stations, clubs and bars. Radio stations often have DJ’s who can provide the music and they are normally searching for a way to promote their station. Local clubs and bars are always looking to attract more students, and often times, they will provide their space for free if you can bring students to their establishment.

Now get on the dance floor and shake what your momma gave you at the Global Music Jam!
