We have run multiple projects over the years. The most successful ones spread the responsibilities of the project widely amongst the entire team. This bolsters the team's solidarity, fostering trust and respect. The less successful ones were dominated by a few leaders with less participating from the other members. A direct correlation exists between group participation and overall satisfaction with the experience as well as results of the project.
