BlogEasy
Strengths • It’s free and easy to use. • You can search within the site • Allows you to upload photos for free • Allows you to feed content from another blog service into BlogEasy • Has FAQs and a Forum to help users • Allows multiple authors and editors
Weaknesses
• Although it says in the Terms and Conditions for the Forum that moderators, administrators and the webmaster will not tolerate any offensive, abusive, vulgar or sexually orientated material, when I looked at the sites and the postings on the forum there were a lot of references to porn. Monitoring is obviously weak. • The comments section on the blogs is very messy. Seems to show some html code, which makes reading the comments difficult. • Could not see any RSS facilities • Doesn’t seem to offer anything new or outstanding which would make it different from other Blog sites.
Opportunities
• Any free blog site gives users an opportunity to share information with others and to create online communities of users • Useful way of communicating information and ideas to a group of people, particularly if they are working at a distance from each other.
Threats • Blogging tools in general tend to encourage the proliferation of useless information. Quality is often poor and quality and accuracy of information is not guaranteed. • Adds to information overload.

- The download webpage is in Czech, I'm guessing it's not actually going to be easy.
Moveable Type
Microsoft (My Space) Strengths - It's easy to register and upload a picture, also to add a new blog, (there are a list of tabs at the top right hand side of the page that at not obvious, but once you have realised this you can do everything from there) Weaknesses - Not obvious where to go to view all your blogs etc. No functionality to add RSS feeds. Doesn't feel as user friendly as other social networking sites - Facebook. Opportunities - Somewhere to reunite with old friends and meet new ones, it's easy to write and add blogs. Can add pics, videos, comments as well as blogs. Threats -
