Neomia has only 4 'real' types of staff - Administrators, Moderators, Neomian Artists, and Security.
Outsiders and JellyNeo Active Members do not do any 'work' for their title, and so they are not considered 'real' staff (although Outsiders do participate in beta testing).
Administrators - Patrick, Cartoon
Moderators - Pekka, Jane, Kimmy
Neomian Artists -Kimmy
Security - Tomb
The Neomia Team is not an accessible account, rather it is an alias of Administrators and Moderators used for giving out warnings.
Administrators have ultimate control over users. They can warn unlimitedly, freeze, fine, take items away, delete, undelete and edit anyone's shouts, send mass mails, post newsposts, view/lock any account's neomails, login to anyone's account and pretty much do whatever they like.
Moderators can warn users, freeze, delete, edit and undelete anyone's shouts, post newsposts and view the number of unread neomails a user has waiting for them, among other things.
Neomian Artists are the ones who create the graphics for Neomia, be it sidebars or images used within the plot. Kimmy, the only Neomian Artist, has created avatars, trophies, images within the Meridell section of the plot, and more.
