Had been capturing faeries in bottles, until the player arrived to stop his scheme to capture the faeries.
Background
In Neomia I, Balthazar was released by the user accidentally, and caused havoc in Neomia, especially Neomia Central. With the aid of Illusen, Fyora and a grey faerie he was later reimprisoned.
However, this caused a greater evil to be released unto Neomia - the Darkest Faerie - for the third time in 1000 years!
