The user is capable of seeing completely around the head. Stabbing or being sneaked upon is impossible. All vision is normal to the race's vision. The paranormality is created with the electromagnetic retina capturing the sight from around the head. Any electrical or magnetic attack by an opponent negates the sense up to the attack's percentage.
