AP.8 PSIONIC APPREHENSION. The range is on the Paranormal Range Chart I. If the paranormality is at Red or more on the Effects Chart, the user may identify a victim being psionically controlled. The user may also identify the specific mental paranormality the victim is controlled by or what the opponent is using only while in use. The paranormality is created by an over active cerebellum in the brain to detect other paranormal abilities.
