In Nanya: The Legend, instead of using years, days, hours, minutes, and even seconds, the use of time metrics and rounds come in.

TIME METRICS

Time in the Brass Galaxy is divided into tens. Time is documented to look digital such as 12.34567890 . This means the 12th Cycle, 1st Hecton, 2nd Dekon, 3rd Millon, 4th Decimon, 5th Centimon, 6th Millimon, 7th Micron, 8th Millimon 9th Micron and 0 Nanon. So if midnight July 1st technically was halfway through the actual year around the sun, the date would look like 2007.5 and 52 minutes, 35.693 seconds later would look like 2007.5001
