The Wiki Drought was when the wiki fell apart due to to many guests coming to Mario Wiki, and overloading everything, after this the wiki was moved to a new server, but fell apart again, however it was soon back up, after a while. However, more recently it went down again. No one knows when the end of the Wiki Drought will be, but Eightball claims he knows, but won't tell anyone. Eightball is also one of the main forms on entertainment used by Users during the drought.

Commercialization

Recently, a fad has started about making comics and storys based on the Wiki Drought. However, there has been a public outcry over this, and many claim that it is wrong to capitalize on such a tragedy. Never the less, the Wiki Drought continues to be a popular source of storyline for many forms of entertainment, ranging from comics to television to even video games like "Wiki Drought Heroes" and "Tails Doll: Wiki Drought Saga".
