Death 'Shroom was a failed Living Muhsroom experiment. Some time after the process went wrong, Proffesor. T gave another try and ended up creating HM's parents. They gave birth to Hyper Mushroom who put an unlikely stop to the tyranny. Death 'Shroom hasn't been seen since.
