Assistos are Special Attacks in the upcoming game, Wiki Smash Assistos were also in Super Smash Bros. Rumble.

- Baby Plumber - Plum Jumps an enemy
- MTD - Blocks the screen
- Uniju - Creates wormholes
- Starla - Drops bombs on enemies
- Boss - parades through the stage with a MIni Mr. L army
- Twink - Puts the enemies to sleep

- Assisto comes from the word Assist (as in, Assisting the player)
- Assisto is also a pun on Assist Trophy.
