Overfiend

The celestial beings have the lawful good Archons, the neutral good Guardinals, and the chaotic good Eladrin. But presiding over them all are the Angels that are simply the embodiment of all good. The infernal planes have the chaotic evil Demons, the lawful evil Devils, and neutral evil creatures not covered by the OGL. But presiding over these foul beings are the Overfiends that are evil personified.
Overfiends are a race of fiends that are incredibly powerful and evil down to the very fiber of their being. They can be of any evil alignment and exist solely to spread pain, suffering, death, and destruction. Some individual overfiends attract worshippers and can grant clerical abilities to mortals on the Prime Material Plane.
Overfiend Traits:
- Immunity to fire, electricity, and poison.
- Resistance to acid 20 and cold 20.
- See in Darkness (Su): All overfiends can see perfectly in darkness of any kind, even that created by a deeper dakness spell.
- Summon (Sp): Overfiends can summon other fiends (but not overfiends)
- Profane Shield (Su): The aura of evil surrounding an overfiend protects it from attacks and also causes damage to any non-overfiend striking it in melee with a non-reach weapon (a protection from evil effect reduces this damage by half).
