This creature is mostly a large monstrous centipede, but where its head should be it has the upper body of a well-formed human with sharp mandibles and antennae.

+20 bonus to resist being tripped or bull rushed, poisonous sting (DC 11 + Con bonus) chilotaurs speak their own language that is nearly impossible for other beings to imitate because it includes numerous mandible clicking noises. +8 climb, can used dex or strength, can take 10.
