Regeneration (Ex): Bloodspawn trolls take normal damage from fire and acid.
Blood Spawn (Ex): In addition to regenerating damage to itself, the blood of a bloodspawn troll will regenerate into a normal full-size adult troll. Whenever the bloodspawn troll takes damage from a slashing weapon, a troll forms adjacent to it. The newly-formed troll has hit points equal to the amount of damage from the slashing attack.
