Modernising Medical Careers

The review of recruitment into specialty training has agreed that Round 1 of recruitment should continue. However, it is intended that any applicant who is concerned that they have not been invited to interview can request a review of their application. The process for this will be tested with the service to make sure that it is deliverable. In addition, the recruitment process for Round 2 will be reviewed and changes tested by junior doctors, selectors, recruitment teams and employers. The attached letter to applicants and press notice provide further information about the review.
