If our "mortality rate" from prostate cancer is 67% lower than England's, it is because we do too much screening and find tumors that would never have grown--in other words--too much access to health care, and too much harm done by inaiproprpate radiation and surgery. No studies have shown a benefit of screening. That statistic is totally wrong.
