Gameplay is awesome. you controol neku with your stylus on the touch screen, and you also use your stylus in battle and in the menu.
Story 9.5/10
awesome story-line, a few bits unclear here and there, otherwise it would've had a 10.
Graphics 9/10
the sprites are awesome 'nd such. 'nuff said.
Background Music 6/10
I have some remarks on the background music. it's all the wrong music in all the wrong places. Some of the music is awesome tough, But it's like... you're fighting the final boss, and you hear music almost as gay Brokeback Mountain, which is sad.
Sound Effects 9/10

Creativity/Originality 9.5/10
very original story-line. I nver had to play a game to come back alive in a game before. the battle pins and the way of using them is also very original.
Customization/Options 9/10
You can buy your own clothes =D it does not affect the in-game sprites AT ALL but it's till fun to do. you can also unlock new Player Pins and arrange them, thereofre you can customize and develop your own fighting style.
Re-Playability/Fun 9.5/10
this game is certainly re-playable. It even has "Another day" that you unlock after beating the game.
Characters 9/10
Neku, your typical anti-social 15-years-old. Shiki, a hawt fashion-freak, that's a nerd IRL. Beat, the cool guy with an IQ of -1. Joshua, the wierdo bossy irritating fag with telekenetic powers. Rhyme, your average innocent loli girl. The reapers, the bad guys you have to defeat along the way that have an awesome noise form. Sho minamimoto, Awesomeness2.
do I need to say more? I mean: how awesome can the characters be?

Based on a real japanese town; Shibiya. they have done it awesome tough. if you see pictures of the real shibiya, and compare that with the game, they look alike alot. AND they managed to give you this RPG-like feeling in shibiya.

One of the most awesome games I have ever played! This game is made out of so much win It'll make your head explode. Square-Enix and Jupiter have spended some time on one of the best RPG's ever. Kudos to them! One negative side on it tough, you will lose The Game ALOT. Let's all hope hard there's gonna be a TWEWY 2.
