Topmaniac

Top Manic is the leader of of the Top Man tribe in the Battlerock Galaxy. He is a Top Man with spikes coming out of him.

At the start of the battle Top Manic summons 3 Mini Topmen. You first need to jump on top of him the spin into him to hit the electrical fence. Repeat this strategy again then he will summon 2 Top Men but the strategy to defeat him isn't different.
