The Delegación de la Vieja Ciudad is one of the boroughs of La Luz. It is located in the southwestern part of the city and is the oldest settlement in Mar de Cristal. It is bounded as follows:

by a line beginning at the intersection of the Alameda de la Libertad with the Golfo de Santo Tomé, thence easterly along the said Alameda to the Plaza Nueva del Oriente; thence southerly along the Calle del Laurel and the production of the said Calle to the midline of the Bahia del Sable; thence generally westerly along the said midline and the production thereof to the municipal limit of La Luz; thence generally northerly until the intersection with a line due west from the midpoint of the mouth of the Golfo de Santo Tomé; thence easterly along the said line and northeasterly along the midline of the said Golfo to the point of departure.
