Second Greater Overseer

After the death of Jastrimo at her hands, Gwyneth took over as the far-more-benevolent Greater Overseer.
Information
It appears that when a Greater Overseer is killed by an Overseer, their killer absorbs the Greater Overseer's power(s), replacing them as the new Greater Overseer.
