Dataverse-Ilina Horton is the main protagonist of Umbrageous Light. She is the Dataverse counterpart of Ilina Horton.

Dataverse-Ilina wakes up in Origin Cave.
In the Forgotten Inferno
Dataverse-Ilina encounters Serenade, who had created clones of her, including one in a gas mask. Dataverse-Ilina falls in love with Dataverse-Kaguya, who chose her name to be the opposite (as "ilina" means "clarity" in the Newerthan language, and "kaguya" means "obscurity") and took Ilina's adoptive mother's maiden name.
