From Lost Realm

The Lost Realm is divided into several nations, all loosely based off of real life governments. Most of the nations of the Realm have a human majority, with scattered populations of other races. Sharnea and Falta ald'le Tsir are the exceptions, being controlled by the Sharneans and Tsir, respectively.

Note, map is not up to date. The Wayplains are now known as Candrim, and Maskein and Ahturacht aren't marked yet.
