Wars are common to every world where people have conflicts. Conflicts of ideas, religion, trade, pigs (yes, the United States and Britain almost went to war over a pig.))
The Lost Realm is no exception, and has had her fair share of wars.

The Deluge - Arguably could be part of the Generational War (below) but, it was a conflict involving nearly every nation and could be seen as a lead up to the GW.
