You do as your told, offering a bow to the King and the Duke before taking the Duchess' arm in yours and leading her out of the room.
Once into the great hall, you turn to the Duchess, politely offering to get her a drink.
"Might I get you a glass of wine? Our stock is the finest from the Caerenian provinces, aged to perfection."
"That would be lovely," she says, taking a seat in a plushy chair against the wall just outside the throne room door.
You summon a servant and have the Duchess a glass of wine poured. You offer it to her, and she thanks you graciously.
Excuse yourself and Head out and go elsewhere amongst the castle
