Character Discription

Black Velvet was a woman whose eyes were damaged when the meteor hit, forcing her to live in darkness. She also has a mechanical arm. She apparently is charming since Ace said she was hot. Velvet planned to use a device, called the Shroudcaster, to cover the entire planet in darkness. Velvet kidnapped Tech (who she seemed to have a small crush on) to help complete her task by launching an attack on the Loonatics' ship while it was pursuing them. Tech denied to help her, calling her "hot stuff", Velvet brainwashes Tech with her power(s) to force him to make the Shroudcaster. Duck was able to break the hold over his mind using an annoying cell phone ringtone and the other Loonatics reversed the polarity of the Shroudcaster. She was said to have gotten away by Zadavia.
