Claudiu Stanescu

From London Requiem

An urbane Gangrel, Stanescu was the first member of the Ordo Dracul to be acknowledged and accepted as such by the established kindred of London, when he was named as herald to the Lord Mayor in 1626.

Stanescu hosted the gathering of the Ordo Dracul known as the Grand Dragon Council, held at Smithfield's Market in 1782. Stanescu was a close ally of Lisette for many years, and worked with her on research projects. He is believed to have entered torpor soon after she left London.
