The Dragon General, Tzulian, said "When enemies surround you on all sides, this is when you should be unconcerned." This charm may be activated at any time, and targets a number of opponents equal to the number of extra motes spent on the charm. Until the martial artist's next action, those opponents are denied the benefit of any coordinated attack they make against the martial artist.

The Dragon General, Tzulian, said "When you eat, eat death. When you breathe, breathe death. When you sleep, dream of death. When death comes, welcome it as a friend, not a stranger, for it has never left you." When this charm is activated, the martial artist adds his Conviction to any Valor roll to resist fear effects. If multiple practitioners use this charm at once, they may affect a mass combat unit with a magnitude equal to the (highest Essence charm-user) + 1 for every additional martial artist using this charm. The unit adds the highest Conviction from among the charm-users to all Morale rolls.

The Dragon General, Tzulian, said "A true warrior must act without hesitation, and strike even if his head has been cut off". The character makes a martial arts attack, ignoring wound penalties for purposes of this attack. This charm may be used when Incapacitated or Dying.

The secrets of Tzulian were many, it is said that once the Dragon General faced an army whose arrows blotted out the sun, and was merely glad of the shade. When the martial artist activates this charm, that self-assurance and confidence guides her movements. For the remainder of the scene, the martial artist is able to move her dashing speed as though it were a move action, clearing the battlefield quickly but without rushing. Her blows are unhurried, precise and deadly, adding her permanent Essence to her accuracy and damage and increasing her Rate by 1. Finally, by spending 1 mote of essence reflexively, the martial artist may aid her allies with words of encouragement bolstered by essence, contributing an additional -1 DV penalty to the target of any coordinated attack they make, even if she cannot participate in the coordinated attack herself.

The Dragon General, Tzulian, said "Rather than make the first move it is better to wait and see. Rather than advance an inch it is better to retreat a yard." This charm can be activated in response to any attack made against the martial artist. Regardless of whether the attack is successful, the martial artist may reflexively move up to his dashing distance in any direction. If multiple martial artists use this charm at once, they may apply its effects to a mass combat unit with a Magnitude equal to the (highest Essence charm-user's Essence) + 1 for each additional charm user.

The Dragon General, Tzulian, said "It is better to place one's back against a wall, and set one's face toward certain death. Then is victory assured". While this charm is active, the martial artist is immune to knockback and knockdown effects. Additionally, so long as she does not take a move or dash action, she adds her Essence in automatic successes to all attack rolls and doubles her Martial Arts for determining PDV. If multiple martial artists use this charm, they can apply its effects to a Mass Combat Unit with a Magnitude equal to the (Essence of the highest Essence charm-user) + 1 for each additional Charm-User.
Honorable Warrior's Vigilance Cost: 4m Type: Reflexive (Step 2) Keywords: Combo-OK, Counterattack Duration: Instant Minimum Martial Arts: 4 Minimum Essence: 3 Prerequisite: 300 Dragons Form
The Dragon General, Tzulian, said "Even among the foulest bandits, an honorable warrior need not fear". This charm can be activated against any attack that would normally cause the martial artist to lose her DVs due to surprise. She can defend against this attack normally and, if she successfully fends off the attack, may make an immediate Martial Arts counterattack against the attacker.
Perfected Warrior's Understanding Cost: 6m, 1wp Type: Simple Keywords: Combo-OK, Synergistic Duration: One Scene Minimum Martial Arts: 5 Minimum Essence: 3 Prerequisites: Enduring Warrior's Stance, Honorable Warrior's Vigilance
The Dragon General Tzulian fought alongside his soldiers to the death, and even when the Dragon-Blooded rose up against the Celestial Exalted, his men remained loyal to him to the death. When this charm is activated, the martial artist embodies the final lesson of loyalty, and stands alongside his brothers as one being. The martial artist adds his Essence as automatic successes to all attacks, and adds one to the Accuracy, Defense and Damage of all of his martial arts attacks for each ally which possesses this charm and has it active. The speed of all of his attacks is reduced by 1, and a number of dice equal to his Martial Arts ability or the number of allies that have this charm active (whichever is higher), is added to all of his War pools for Mass Combat for the remainder of the scene.
