Path to the Horizon

From Lixans Comics

To start the second trilogy, Xavier is thinking about his life and his brother's. Due to using his kinet to control and enter Zephyr's mind as both a human and a wolf, Zephyr's mental line between wolf and human is being smudged and ultimately destroyed, eventually turning him into a freak of nature with no hope, and its all Xavier's fault.

Xavier also thinks of Kato, and how his good friend sacrificed his life to bring Xail back, and how someone with that much will and love for others shouldn't die.

Then he thinks about how Kato's life had been miserable after his best friend and the love of his life had both been taken, and now he was finally with them.

Hydra then appears and tells Xavier that there 'might be a way', and then leaves. Xavier, not knowing what the way is suppose to be for, pursues Hydra, only to awake from a dream with Karen at his beadside, saying he had overslept and had been in a nightmare she couldn't awaken him from. She also gives him a note from Hydra, which turns out to be a flyer for a dangerous mission, which Xavier could voluntarily go on.
