"Public Broadcasting Bill I propose the following 1) 1 Liberalia TV channel for cross region programming with a set of programmes provided by all nations 2) All countries to have 4 free to air TV funded by state/advertising as per the requirements of the individual countries 3) As many channels on pay TV as the market can support. 4) No one broadcaster can have a market share of more than 10% across all platforms: Cross region, free to air and pay TV."
