The Liberalian Election Bill is a law written to help organise the running of elections in Liberalia:

Clause One: Elections Rules

a. Voting in elections for offices shall be conducted through the Private Messaging (PM) service. Votes should be sent to the “Election Monitor” account.

b. Should only one candidate stand for any election, there shall be no need for a vote.

Clause Two: Timetables

a. Prime Ministerial elections shall be called no later than two months after the previous election or when a vote of no confidence is passed in Parliament. Voting in Prime Ministerial elections should last no less than three days and no more than five days.

b. Guardian Council elections shall be called no later than two months after the previous election. Should a Guardian resign or be otherwise removed from office, elections to fill the aforementioned Guardian’s seat should be called no later than two weeks after the vacating of the seat.

c. Should a Guardian leave less than two weeks before the Guardian Council Elections are due to start, then there will not be an early election.
