The unique double-core combination creates a certain tendancy for this type of wand to be rather thick, taking a special sort of witch or wizard to extract the true intensity of it's power. Ebony is a fine-quality, rather costly dark wood that is hard and durable. It also carries a beatiful black luster when polished, radiating a certain air of cold-shouldered class and expensive taste. This wand-holder is usually rather stubborn and shuns outsiders, remaining rather secretive of their core being.
But at the heart of this wand is a stunningly complex weaving of two powerfully magical beasts. A favored wand among witches rather than wizards, because of their ability to tame the unicorn's magic. The strand is laced around the pegasus feather, trapping the deep-rooted essense of a dreamer with high expectations between the subtle strands of a control freak who loves to be worshipped as the center of attention. This blend of character is incredibly refined and rare.

His reserved self is attributed to how he was often overlooked as the middle child. Evan's words, whenever he speaks, that is, are often caustic and clipped. He has a sense of humour that can best be described as unique. He can be extremely possessive of what he believes to be his and will fight to get anything he wants. This trait is exhibited clearly in Quidditch, where Evan is recognized as one of the best Chasers around, having never lost possession of the Quaffle before. Flying is his favourite activity, he loves the wind. His best subject is Defence against the Dark Arts (it seems as though the out-of-Hogwarts education insisted upon by his parents to practice and defend against the Dark Arts is paying off). Evan means "of noble birth" and is especially fitting. Anyone who is not pure-blood is deemed unworthy to even look at- it is not a prejudice, pure-bloods are superior, simply because their blood is untainted. He realises that most of his family has just sworn their allegiance to the Dark Lord and supposes there is no harm in ridding the world of dirty blood. Keeping up the appearance of being intimidating without trying seems far too easy, but sometimes, in the few rare, probably drunken moments, he wants to have friends. Not allies. Friends.

Evan has dark coloured hair and hazel eyes, which neither parent has. Chances of catching him smiling are close to nil. Despite all the time he spends playing quidditch, he remains pale. He is tall and lean, and hopes he is already taller than his elder brother, Edvard. His favourite outfit is a gray sweater with black slacks.

Evan is British-french and has a bloodline that can be traced back to the beginning of the wizarding world. The Rosiers are related to the Lestranges, Blacks and Malfoys. The family currently resides in London. Father, Will Rosier is the Finance Minister in the Ministry of Magic. Mother, Priscilla Nott spends her time and her husband's money on expanding her closet and having "lovely garden parties". Evan first exhibited his first sign of magic at the age of two, when he set his mother's roses on fire for ignoring him, choosing instead to tend to them. Though his two brothers are in Drumstrang, he chose to attend Hogwarts just to be apart from them- he does not particularly like being in Edvard's shadow or being responsible for all of Ethan's spoilt-child antics. It is not as though his family abuses him (he does have the Rosier blood), rather they were just too busy with their business to pay any attention to someone who is not the heir or the baby.
