Alecto is a strong and outgoing young girl, who isn't afraid to say what she means. She in general thinks guys suck and is not hesitant to kick anyone when she feels she needs to. She's a good friend to Evangeline Wilkes, and cares about her brother-despite ongoing teasing and arguing, more than she will ever admit to. Her greatest fears are failure and being set up with another Micheal Crabbe or his cousin in marriage.

For the most part, Alecto is small. Short and thin, standing only about 5'2" or so. Her long black hair flows past her shoulders is often pulled into a bun. Her face is small and her eyes are brown. She feels that she is in fact very ordinary looking and will often try to offset this with a bit of makeup or snazzy dress.
