Goals
The contributors of the LDI project want to:
- 1. Find the best way to collectively organizate things on the web.
- 2. Find the best kind of site to do it.
- 3. Study the possibilities of mediawiki sites.
Story, Handled points
The LDI project starts at Sunday the 6th of August 2006.
Let's launches a wiki on [www.editthis.info] with the name "LDIwiki", the first website of the LDI project. He knows that he will need the help and the ideas of other people to go on, so he decides that the first project added in his site will be "Let's develope the LDI project".

- Main page has been written
- LDI guidelines and LDI questions have been added
- LDIWiki added to list of all wikis of wikipedia: the article (note: will be deleted in 5 days, cathegorized as "Non-notable nearly empty web site, no claim per WP:WEB")
- Added to wikiindex: the article
Lorenzo joins the project. From now on he helps developping the idea and the website.
- LDI guidelines have been revised
- First independent project has been created!
- Basic structure of an LDI has been written
- An LDI example has been added
- A free LDI has been added
- Some LDI proposals have been added
- LDIWiki posted on reddit
