Robert Poulet is a student at Bilgewater University. He's like Rick from Degrassi, but after being painted and feathered, his resultant rage sparks a desire for mutagenic mutation. He somehow achieves this (possibly with the help of the Biology Professor) and becomes the Chicken Boy.
