The History Professor (name to be determined) is a professor at Bilgewater University and a member of the Legion of Doom.

Powers

The History Professor has the ability to mess with time, transporting himself or other people or objects backwards or forwards in time. This ability probably works in a Billy Pilgrim/Groundhog Day way, not a Bill and Ted/Marty McFly way (i.e. you can't meet yourself), though this is flexible. Being sent back in time and doing different stuff than you did before probably creates an alternate parallel timeline.
