Victor North

Victor North is head of the college of medicine at Bilgewater University and a member of the Legion of Doom.

Powers

Dr. North has devised a method of re-animating corpses. This may involve a serum, lightning, both, or something else entirely. Of course, the re-animated corpses do not retain the personalities they had in life, but are basically zombies.

Dr. North may also have or develop some sort of ties with the vampire community at Bilgewater.
