Ruby Champagne was born in Melrose, Oregon on June 15, 1890 to Henry A. Champagne (of Melrose) and Clara L. Fisher (of Lansing, Michigan). She was married to Armand L. Wynne and was living at 343 Adams, Cottage Grove when she died on January 26, 1940. It was Armand who informed of her death. Her body was taken to Karl K. Mills Funeral Home and she was buried in Shields Cemetery.
