William F. Lyons was born March 29, 1832 in Iowa to Matthew Lyons, a son of an Irishman. William died April 20, 1904 in Walton. He married Jane McClure December 15, 1853 in Lane County. She was the daughter of Vincent McClure and Sarah Bruce. She was born August 09, 1837 in Indiana, and died August 28, 1905 in Lane County. She was buried in Walton Cemetary. William F. & Jane M. share 2 sides of the same tall headstone.
