The masked men cometh
From Mario Bros. 2, all the way up to Mario Kart DS, Shy Guys and snifits have been very resourceful beings. Using tools, vehicles, whatever to aid whatever it is they do as Shy Guys and snifits. Most of them, though, require items in order to be used.

[edit] Active Skills
- [200 EXP ] Inflate Balloons - (10 EP per balloon) Allows character to blow up ballons to carry them. When used the character floats, and has it's agility halved. Each balloon adds a sixteenth of the original agility. The balloons become new targets and will pop when hit. Some items may be deemed inflatable to be used by the character, and more effective than the plain non-item balloons.

- [300 EXP] Ride Stilts - Allows Character to ride stilts when they are equipped. The stilts specify how well they work.
- [300 EXP] Ride Pogo Sticks - Allows character to ride pogo sticks when they are equipped. The pogo sticks specify how well they work.
- [300 EXP] Ride Ride Propeller - Allows character to ride propeller when they are equipped. The propellers specify how they work.
- [300 EXP] Ride Mobile Flamethrower - Allows character to ride mobile flamethrowers. They don't have to be equipped, but they have to be pulled out.
- [400 EXP] Ride Tank - Allows character to ride tanks, and assume any position. The tanks specify how they perform.
- [400 EXP] Floral Camoflauge - Allows character to hide in plants. The character can come out of hiding anytime it wants, but to find the character, there must be a against the a few things of the hiding character.
