First Entry: Well, today is the big day! I leave for my very first Job away from home!! I'm to help follow and assist a trade caravan through the lands for the next couple of months!! It's really, very exciting! Father suggested I keep a Journal of my Travels and experiences, that I can learn from my mistakes and keep persons I meet and their whereabouts accessable. "Ya never know when you may need to call on a Friend, Son", he says. I can see the pride in Fathers eyes, as I prepare for my new Journey. I don't have any real good equipment, but Father says, "A Great Soldier doesnt rely on strong armor or fancy equipment, all he needs is determination and skill". He's trained me personally, and I've already surpassed most of the Soldiers in Heronin with Swords, so I feel confident in my ability to protect this caravan. However, something other than a leather groin strap would make me feel a little better.. I'll never let Father know that, though. This Journal thing is great, I feel like I can just write anything down and it's then off my chest. Well, Journal, looks like we'll be having a long and frequent relationship, but now, I'm off to my New Beginning!!

Second Entry: Quick rest break. We've left Heronin and are currently headed north apparently to meet up with some more of our "Team". I have to say, I sure am glad Father pushed me so hard in my training, this is really hard travelling!! Ooopss.. Back to the March!

Third Entry : We met with the other group a couple of days ago, and I enjoy most of their company. I'm really getting along with Tal, he's an Elf, and a Scout. A damn good one at that! Hopefully, I can learn a thing of two from him.

Fourth Entry YES!! We completed our first trade without a single problem. I could do this!! I've been working with Tal on my tracking skills.. I quite enjoy it, he's also been teaching me Evlish. I swear it'll take me 50 years to learn it. I'll do my best, though.

Fifth Entry Tal helped me track my first animal!! I'm not quite sure what it was, yet.. I'm actually getting much better at Elvish as well..

Sixth Entry We were ambushed today. We lost some good men, but we did save the cargo. So, I guess job well done..

Seventh Entry In our months together, Tal and I have become extremely good friends. I feel an affinity towards him and the lands. Come to find out, I'm actually quite adept at living in the forest. Although, my armor has been impeding slightly. I'll have to consider moving on without it.

Eight Entry Such a different life style, being on the road, compared to my life in the town. I will always remain Cirian of Heronin, and always strive to bring my town Honor, but my place is definitely out in the world. There's so much to see, so much to do, and just so many people! I've grown my beard out, I just started to really be able to do that. Tal has been talking to me about the Swordhand Mercenaries.. I need to find out more about this group, the name Mercenaries, doesnt sound good at all. I can't imagine Tal would be a part of anything dangerous or anything, but I have known him for only a couple of Seasons now..

Ninth Entry Ambushed again!! Remember the name : Darius

Tenth Entry The rain is constant and heavy.. It's often difficult to find our way out of the forest, much less locate anything in it! Thank

Eleventh Entry It's been a long while Journal.. I just received word that Father passed away in his sleep. He looked so good last time I saw him, he acted funny, but looked good. I'm heading to Heronin soon, to gather his belongings and figure out what to do.

Twelfth Entry On our way to Daleholm.. I've been there when I was younger, and I'm interested to see it again.. Tal says it could be dangerous.. We'll see..

Thirteenth Entry I met up with some interesting folks here; Taravanis, Elf Mage, timid and kind, but a little odd.. Tal, introduced me to Hagrin the Blacksmith, interesting bloke and his apprentice, Fevthen.. The Dwarf did good work on my Fathers Armor and Sword.. ALthough, it took him longer than I expected for someone of his reputation..

Fourteenth Entry Looks like things are quite interesting in this town.. I've met Taravanis again, he's downstairs right now waiting for me.. It appears one of my townsmen ws ambushed.. I look to find what had happened.. We will be joined by Bastion - Human, not sure what use he'll be, but he seems more trouble than he's worth.. Let Kale guide our Swords and Hands.. For Heronin!!
