Miss Beautiful is an annual beauty pageant that was entered by the girls of Cafe Mew Mew in order to steal back a stolen item.
- 2007: The girls enter, and when they're not doing well, Ryou joins them in drag. No resolution was given to this plot, but it was hilarious.
- 2008: Gamu re-enters in order to steal and replace the stolen jewel, and Elizabeth enters for the first time in order to deal with a midlife crisis; both are in disguise. The jewel is reclaimed and returned to its original owner, leaving a plastic one in the crown. Shikari, enraged at the pageant's existence and Zach's love of it, destroys the TV and forces Kyr to replace it out of his own pocket.
