Story

The Story of Mega Man I as told by MiB Guy

Thomas Light and Albert Wily created "Like... 15?" Androids inorder to advance the world. Cut Man was the most intelligent and sane of the "15." Despite his obvious mental superiority to the other "Drooling idiots that the fatass Street Santa reject made" he was often mistrusted as the smart ones usually are. This was proved when Proto Man was told why Mega Man characters have blasters

Cut Man displayed Extreme Will-power against Wily when he turned everyone evil but he sadly fell through.

Character

Cut Man is roughly based on the tough love critisms that King Bio's Comics receives on Bob and George.com and Drshnaps.com. He began life sane and intelligent but after the events of BnG and Masterpieces Cut Man's sanity has diminished to the point of homocidal insanity.

Power

Cut Man can remove the giant scissors from his head and throw them like a boomerrang. This is essentially a stupid and ridiculous idea but keep in mind that he was designed by two insane senile drunk scientists. Also his programming prevents him from NOT hideously attacking anything green.

Weakness

Anything that has anything to do with Guts Man or Fire Man.
